1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
Item is unused, in original packaging with tags
Request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Note: Digital downloads, custom items, and personal care products are final sale.
2. The Refund Process
Upon receiving your return:
I’ll inspect items within 3 business days
Approved refunds go to your original payment method
Processing takes 3–10 business days (varies by bank)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Items returned after 30 days
Damage from misuse or improper care
Final sale/clearance items
Original shipping fees (unless I made an error)
