Your satisfaction matters to me. As an independent seller, I aim to handle returns fairly and personally.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Item is unused, in original packaging​ with tags

  • Request is submitted within 30 days​ of delivery

  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Note: Digital downloads, custom items, and personal care products are final sale.

2. The Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your return:

    • I’ll inspect items within 3 business days

    • Approved refunds go to your original payment method

    • Processing takes 3–10 business days​ (varies by bank)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Damage from misuse or improper care

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Original shipping fees (unless I made an error)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if claiming damage/defect)
